The benefits of yoga are innumerable and bringing these into the workplace have very real effects. Bringing yoga into the office lowers stress, prevents injury, increases productivity and creativity, improves morale and camaraderie and decreases the frequency of sick or personal days taken… plus it’s a fun, stimulating practice! Yoga changes lives and we believe that adding a bit of asana (physical practice) and pranayama (breathing techniques) into one’s work day can be transformational.

Pilates is an excellent enhancement to any corporate wellness initiative and can helo motivate employees to lead healthier lifestyles. A healthy employee is a happy employee and many companies now recognise the health benefits that can be gained through providing fitness training for their employees.

Pilates is a low impact workout effective at strengthening your muscles through controlled, repetitive movements, building muscular endurance and stability. There are many advantages to incorporating pilates into one’s workout routine from increased strength to improved posture. Movement is also fundamental to supporting one’s mental health. Weekly pilates sessions provided by the workplace show a commitment to supporting the mental, emotional and physical health of its employees and it’s fun!

2000 NOK/ PER SESSION

  • No! There is no minimum number of sessions to book. I want this partnership to be a good fit! Usually, a company pre-books one to five sessions and then once you are hooked, we continue on.

  • Yes! I usually come to my client’s workspace provided they have room. However, from 10:00-14:00 you are also welcome to have sessions at the ZEST studio. We have mats and space for 14 attendees.

  • No. If the session if cancelled with 24hrs notice, we can reschedule the session. However, within 24hrs, the session is lost.
