Join us to kick off the ZEST fall schedule with sunrise yoga on the top of the roof of the Opera House. Enjoy a magical morning! Start your day in the best way possible, with movement, breath and community! The class will be a signature Zest Power flow taught by both Tracy Heldal and Jessica Winderl as we bring the transformative power of yoga to our community in Oslo. At Zest, we believe that true wellbeing is achievable for everyone, and we are committed to helping you feel your best.

Our key message is simple: movement is for everyone, consistency is everything, and start right now!

The event will take place on top of the iconic Oslo Opera House from 7:00am - 8:00 am. Bring a water bottle and an extra layer in case it’s chilly. Mats generously provided by lululemon. See you soon!
